I just put a hose on the tap, 1/2", fill 3/4 in 2 L soda bottle, squeeze air out cap with CO2
cap that fits on your CO2 bottle. Add up to 50 lb CO2. Head to party

Get a stick and measure how much wort you need in kettle. I use 13 gal for a 10.5 gal batch
less boil off. Not to hard to figure with a stick

I have built two, the last one for the 15 gal kettle. The 1/2 " tubing was old and had problems

Just thought I would mention that I am using a 30A water heater switch from HD for my HLT.
Looks like a wall switch, am using it to manually heat my HLT 4500 element. Ed
