Wrapped in white aluminum, insulated, drilled for 3 taps, stc-1000 temp controller, base with

Nice system. What volume of wort do you chill and what's is the starting temp and pitching
temp? How long does it take? I'm thinking about doing the same thing but would like an idea of
what to expect...
