So, I decided to swap the chocolate malt for 1/2# 120L crystal malt but I think everything else
is gonna stay the same. Ordering the ingredients tonight. Real excited to brew it up!

I've got a rack of baby backs in the smoker now. A nice rub and a 70-30 mix of hickory and

How does 3# LME and 1# corn sugar sound? I would like a dry finish on this beer so if the sugar
