Yikes, degasing a wine that's already bottled? I would think that if there was much gas left in
your wine at bottling time that it would build up and pop your corks back out, or worse

Yeah, the bottle contains natural and artificial flavours, liquid invert sugar, etc. I think
the reason most don't contain fermentables is because they don't expect me to bottle condition
