Yah the only thing though is the recipe also has a separate call out for Yeast Nutrient though,
so not sure.

I think it is a fine oatmeal stout. Nothing spectacular but definitely drinkable and quite
clean. Not sure why you would pour this down the drain personally, maybe the bottle was bad.

The engineer types here can better address this, but, I thought that too slow or too fast a
flow was less efficient than a moderate speed, so to me at least your 1 gallon a minute would
