    I just tried my nut brown ale 4 days after it was bottled and man is it ever good! the
    carbonation is great and its gotta be at least 5% and it tastes great. This was my first batch
    so i was skeptical...

    I just finihsed bottling form the secondary. what should the least amount of time be before i
    can crack one to sample. I know i should wait for it to carbonate a bit.what do you guys think?

    will it still ferment in the seocndary or does it shock the process cus iv had in the primary
    for 5 days and i really wanna do somthing. Is it best to just wait till its been a week?

    i used an extract kit, black rock nut brown ale. hmmmmmm maybe il just give it a week in
    primary then transfer.
