    If I use fresh bananas, I make an extract from it, screen and filter it, then add the extract
    to the fermenter to keep the bananna mush out of it.

    Thanks for that! I will probably have to do about exactly what you did. Only I brew in 1 gallon
    glass jugs at the moment.. Might have to do things a bit differently. And I wonder if the
