This is a four gal. batch, so I think I will do four separate jugs, one with fresh orange
blossoms. I guess I'll try about a cup of them.

My second mead is an Orange blossom honey mead which I made last weekend. When I rack to

Maybe a stupid question but, did you add 2 gallons of water? Cuz then you would have more like

UPDATE:I finally bottled this. I tried one bottle and it is still VERY VERY STRONG. It will
definitely need to age a lot longer. I should find some commercial meads or get a smple from a
"known good" ...

I found some pretty good deals on e-bay. Between 40-$50 a gal, wildflower and orange blossom.

I think Brewcraft has 5 gal maple barrels but you need to be an established business to order
