    You cool it by dipping into a bottle with 90-100% alcohol, then whisk the loop through the
    flame to evaporate the alcohol film that clings to it.I would use 70% for that technique...

    I cornered the brewer pouring it at BN10 last week. All they do is add zest to the bright tank.
