For Vanilla extracts, you have to be very very careful about the quantity. I have ruined it
many times :(I used 2 oz. I hope it wasn't too much.

Ancients & farmers have stored wheat & other grains for years when the harvest was good to make

I did not adjust the priming sugar to account for the Bourbon. I added 16oz/5g. However, I also

Just made a mash tun with copper manifold in a 48 Qt Coleman rectangular cooler. I ran a test
batch of water through and because the drain is above the manifold there was little over a
gallon of water...
