Any harm in adding the bourbon to secondary with oak chips. Just thought I would soak chips in
bourbon and add together instead of boiling chips and adding chips at secondary and bourbon at

For Vanilla extracts, you have to be very very careful about the quantity. I have ruined it

Just made a mash tun with copper manifold in a 48 Qt Coleman rectangular cooler. I ran a test
batch of water through and because the drain is above the manifold there was little over a
gallon of water...
