thanks for the reply yoop. this first lager is quite exciting! im gonna wait for airlock
activity to slow to about 2-3 bubbles a min. i personally only check the gravity before it goes

im fermenting Jamils pilsner and its coming up on 3 weeks of consistent fermentation. i plan to

the rate and temp will be the same for both. im trying to mainly show that yeast reduce sugar
concentration and br able to measure the decrease using spectrometry. if i make say 500 ml and

couldnt find a manufacturer but the inside is metal and i dont want to mess with that so i
think the best option is the external controller. do you have one of these, how is it set up?
