    Thanks guys! Not really aiming for a peach beer, just a lighter saison with some subtle flavors
    if peach. It's cold as can be in Chicago so I want something to trick my pallet into thinking

    Welli had thought of just adding a tsp of brown sugar per bottle but I've read to be cautious
    if that due to exploding bottles and the sugar not being boiled so it's not sanitary.
