ive tried the blackberry wheat again and yes i have got it right .oh yea .i added 1 oz.of
extract to the secondary ,seems that was the ticket.

they are very much like a rose bush cut them back with a sharp pair of snippers ,and leave them
be for the winter they need rest .if you do this they will rise again ,

did you secondary this brew ,somtimes you can leave it in the secondary to long and all the
yeast will settle out of the beer ,making it take a longer time to carb up ,just a thought
