Now you got my curiosity up. I got my 5 gallon carboy from an old wine maker over 30 years ago
and I'm sure it wasn't close to new then. Can't check for dates cause right now it's fermenting

Maybe off topic, but if you use the $8 shipping you won't get it in 3-5 days. It will probably

FWIW, I kegged a brown ale Saturday about 1:00 pm at 30 psi and tried one today at about 5:00
pm after dropping the pressure to 12 psi and it had a nice creamy head and decent carbonation

It takes a special flat washer. The inside of the faucet is grooved for this washer and I doubt
you can find anything else that would work as well.

Yeah, they are outrages. I have bought a few cans of lme but that is about it. I'm in the beer
business so I get all my chemicals and draft equipment cheap (free).
