Your buckwheat looks great! I would dry it now. I also used bob reds mill rolled oats for my

1+ on the strainer method. I only grow them out about a quarter inch and dry at 90 overnight,
then 160 for 5 hours. Then deshoot in a metal strainer. Kitchen Aid makes a nice big one with a

I did something similar to this with buckwheat, millet and bobs red mill GF oats. I used more
millet and 1 pound of oats. Final product seemed oily from the oats. I would not use oats as

I agree with dirtbag, my last GF IPA had 1 cup of blackstrap and I can taste a hint of

Whole foods still has not gotten back with me regarding the storage and testing of their bulk
grain millet. I think that may have been my problem. I ordered my new grain from eden foods,

After throwing out all 5lbs Im going to start over with some new millet from a new distributor.
Thinking back all my grain was sitting together and the whole foods bulk bin supply was extra
