For me, my tap water is not drinkable IMO, but I happen to have a 5 stage RO\DI unit for the

So far, it seems like the batch that was chilling for a week or 2 before the big freeze didn't
get that affected. The few bottles that I put in about 48hrs before the freeze have no

After 24hrs of being unrefrigerated, there were still some that were cold.. I tried one and it

OK.. the saga is continuing.. I still had this batch in primary until tonight. I took a reading
over the weekend, and it was at 1.030 at 60F. I kicked it up to 65 to kinda do a diacetyl rest
