    Sorry for any confusion. It was 2 weeks in primary and 1 week in secondary when the pics were
    taken and yes, I did use whirl floc.

    All great options, but I do prefer to see my concoctions fermenting and I do prefer to try to
    do things right the first time to maximize my chances of good results. I have seen that #6
    rubber stoppers...
