  • I started brewing about 2 days after I turned 21 and have been going strong ever since. Originally I used a Mr. Beer 2.5gal fermenter, now I am doing 10gal all-grain batches. I am studying chemistry at University with a concentration in fermentation science. I have also joined my local home brew clubs, attending meetings and helping out with the oktoberfest.
