    I usually make my meads with fruit involved, so maybe that is where I heard bad things about
    using distilled water. I have always bought and used bottled spring water... Sorry didn't mean

    I had to phone it in as well, luckily at the time he was helping my brother in law do some work

    Might I heartily suggest having tums closeby before imbibing?and perhaps some cocktail sauce
    for the pickled shrimp
