Hmm, wondering how dry hopping coffee for a couple of days and drinking it iced would work. I

Have not tried that kit but am brewing Yooper's clone (extract) today. Easy and tasty. I
wouldn't worry about 8.3, should taste good though it might have a slightly boozy character.
