Now I grow my own Cascade, Wilamet, Centennial hops and just recently stepped into All Grain Brewing to gain more control on flavor and mouth feel profiles.

    There is a distinct lemon taste as you take a sip. Does anyone know if they are adding lemon
    zest or something along those lines?
