There is a distinct lemon taste as you take a sip. Does anyone know if they are adding lemon
zest or something along those lines?

So is this to be fermented with larger yeast or Kolsch? Also will the Tettnang hops provide the
lemon flavor profile?

Makes sense it would work that way. I hve 16 plants and each has 3-4 good bines trained so i
should get a nice bunch of flowers this year!

My hops have already topped my 16' trellis. Should i snip the lead runners to produce a bushier
plant with more flowers or let them run amuck?
