Pick some and make a tea. See what its like. They could be ornamental as well and maybe not
    good for brewing.

Just curious....the names of beers, after a competition is over, are posted alongside the
winners. As is my immature, school-boy humor I'm considering entering some beers with
    horrifically inappropria...

Looks way better. Don't be afraid to take a lil away from the 60 minute addition and compensate
for it with a later addition. IPAs benefit greatly from late hop additions, that's where the

Still doesn't sound like much head space.I've done close to 1 gallon ferments in a gallon jug
with wine yeast and had no problem. Wine yeast (at least the ones I've used) make very little
    to no krause...

I'm surprised Fulton was only mentioned once. It's one of my favorite stops after a baseball
game.Yeah, Fulton is great. I'm surprised 612 got mentioned twice. This may be blasphemy but I

Attempting to resurrect an old thread. Sociable Cider Werks makes this: not as stout-like as
I expected, but still very good. It's black and cidery. Just by looking at it I expected more
    roast/choco...
