A lager takes much longer and since it is so much slower, it may be harder to see any activity

name them all and label them all. its more fun to introduce them to friends that way. i dont
glue the labels anymore though. just a rubberband around the bottle (or growler if its from the

Mine was over a year ago so not sure if it should be added, but when I first started brewing my
dumb self would put them in the carboys. I broke one trying to get it out with a needle nose

Yeah, this is all pretty much what I'd figured. If the 1 gallon that I had to rack off and
