  • Brewing since January 1995. I have brewed over 250 batches of beer, mead, wine, applejack and Perry.

    I brew mostly all grain 5 gallon batches....except my Barley Wines and Belgians which I make 3 gallon batches augmented with extract.

    I raise 15 varieties of Hops in my Garden
