Well, it was a 12 hour brew day...with all of the set backs that I had, I am extremely glad to
say I hit my gravity and volume dead on. It's also always a good day when the house smells of
    baking pump...

This is great to see! I've been out of the brewing game for a few months, but just ordered 150
lbs of grain and will finally have the time to brew again. I've got everything I'll need to
    brew this bad...

Here is an tutorial to make a very similar label if anybody is interested. It requires Adobe
Illustrator to make the label though.Yep, that is exactly what I used as a guideline, and then
    made some mo...

I'm definitely going to brew this one up, and jumped ahead of a few in my pipeline. I just need
to free up some fermenters. I'll do the original recipe first, but the second time around I'm
    thinking a...

Even if the recipe was formulated for a 5 gallon batch, don't feel the need to automatically
top it off. Get into the habit of checking the gravity with a hydrometer, and then add water or
    malt extrac...

Regular printer paper labels applied with milk works wonders. No hassle of trying to soak
labels off, because if you run it under hot water while you wash out the bottle the label falls
    right off.

Thanks guys I had a lot of fun making this label. If I make a t-shirt you'll be the first to
know chunklefunk. I did try putting the gorilla in front of the oval, but based on how I
    sketched him I did...

I can dig it for sure. It might be a little bright on a computer, but once you get it on a
label it will probably be a little easier on the eyes. Reminds me a lot of Bear Republic's
    brewery logo.

Here's a new label that I slapped on bottles today. It's a recipe based off of eschatz's Two
Hearted Clone with a few changes here and there. I made a few renditions of the label by just
    changing the ...

What color did this turn out? I just brewed it and its a light amber color. Granted i brewed it
while a little bit tipsy. I figured it would be a light color. I also messed up and forgot to
