Was going to make a 2 gallon batch3lbs 20L.5 lbs cara/pils.5 lbs chocolate malt.5 lbs roasted
barley.5 lbs Vienna Malt1 oz magnum at 601 oz tettnang at 301 oz hallertauer at 10.5 lbs of
choclate at 10

I think it was dead yeast. It was a white film on the beer. I tasted it and it was fine.

I have been working a lot, so I left my beer in the fermentor 14 days. I took the lid off and
there was a white film in the top of it. Is this mold?? It is an English bitter from coopers
with 5 pounds...
