Okay that makes sense. For the rolled oats, is a single step infusion fine? Do I need to grind
the oats up at all prior to the infusion (ei, make them more like quick oats)?I'm sure someone

I have been experiencing a kind of "grainy" flavor to many of my batches lately - I'm not sure
what the cause of the flavor would be. I am back and forth between 2 potential causes:1. Low
    mashing temp...

I was just adding a wooden collar to an old freezer to convert it to a keezer - I was adding
some mending plates to the inside of the freezer and all of a sudden... a hiss. I have tried to
    plug it - t...

Just to re-iterate the points above - I have been having the same issue - my beers finish lower
than expected, and my process was almost identical to the one initially described. Checked my
