Not to disagree with any of the above, but I would add that flavors tend to fade after about 6
months if they are not refrigerated.

It should be fine overnight. You should cover it well to keep out microbes but if you added
priming sugar to the bucket then don't seal it air tight because some CO2 will be produced.
