    HopCat is fabulous. Good draft selections from everywhere, occasionally rare beers. Great
    bottle menu, great food. Too bad I don't live there, but am sure to stop by when I visit.

    +1 on the wort chiller. I meant to mention that. An immesion chiller is a nice investment
    whether or not you decide to try all-grain at some point.

    If your kettle is large enough, a full volume boil (6-ish gals reduces to 5-ish) will make a
    better beer. But you need a way to cool the larger volume, since you're not diluting, adding

    I think the autosparge spits it out parallel to the top mash surface. I made a sprinkler out of
    cpvc and stainless parts, based on a zymurgy gadgets article. Cheap and effective.
