I use the bottom rack of my dishwasher to hold sanitized bottles and catch the drips when
bottling. I put Star San in a spray bottle and spray down the whole inside of the dishwasher;
racks, door, etc...

Thanks for the advice this weekend. By manually turning the fridge on and off, I've been about
to keep the temp at around 50; according to my thermometer I've hit a high of 61 and low of 48.

Glad I saw this post. I posted to another string last week, saying that I placed an order and
hadn't heard anything (3 weeks after ordering I got no chiller and no response to e-mails).
