Many of us dry hop in primary. You just ad them at the start of the last week of your time.
SInce I leave my beer in primary for a month I DH at the start of day 21Im assuming its
straight to the bott...

It's certainly within range. I usually ferment the Chico strains at 65 to 66 - that's beer temp
