  • Brewing almost 2 years now, I have done about 8 extract kits. Looking to get into wine making and yeast farming. Have 2 strains of White Labs strains farmed (011 and 005) and a 3rd to be done soon (Cali Ale 051)
  • Next up- AHS Brown Ale kit. rnSoon- Sam Summer Ale clone,Cream Stout, First Wine kit- Moscato and Riesling
  • AHS Holiday Choc Stout
  • You guys talked me out of a secondary for beer, a secondary is for wine
  • None as of now. Running behind on my brewing schedule. Holiday Ale is gonna be ready in Jan

    Definitely +1 on the Oxiclean soaks. I use a cooler of hot ater and 1-2 scoops of Oxiclean.
