  • A co-worker introduced me to homebrewing and I was hooked after one all grain session with him. I have gone full steam ahead with 4 extract brews, and then progressed to all grain a month later. Everything about the process is interesting, and I can't get enough info. I try to brew 2-4 times a month, and usually keg.

    I'll post the side by side comparison results next month, as I want to let it lager for 4-6
