- Started with Mr. Beer after I saw it in a store. Quickly became obsessed with the craft. Did one extract batch and then moved on to all grain BIAB. Have now moved on to batch sparging all grain in a converted cooler with stainless steel braid. Just love to brew.

I've got a Belgian Dark Strong with guava and piloncillo sugar and then with 2 oz of Southern
comfort soaked oak cubes added for 2 weeks.Posted in thread: Calvinus Beer in Geneva on 04-28-2013 at 07:04 PM
As a last shot I'm going to Geneva in late July/ early August if your still interested then I'd
happily pick some up for you? I'm UK based so it would still be a bit of a long distance. Just
thought I...Posted in thread: Calvinus Beer in Geneva on 04-28-2013 at 06:53 PM

minimum time and...Posted in thread: Good Brown Ale on 04-19-2013 at 08:16 PM

I brew 4 gallon batches and just bit the bullet and got a 3 gallon keg from NB. Just poured my
first pint from it! A key lime Belgian pale- turned out great!!Posted in thread: If you could only buy one brand of beer, what would it be? on 03-22-2013 at 01:10 PM
Cigar City for sure. Their regulars are great and the special releases are phenomenalPosted in thread: Would you drink it? on 03-16-2013 at 07:41 PM
