  • Started brewing in Mar 07 after months of studying books from a local library. I can't really pin down what sparked my interest but I've always loved premium and tasty brews. From the beginning I've used steeping grains and I'm not afraid to try brewing things no one may have tried before. I currently have 2 primary fermenters (plastic), one 5, one 6 and two 3 gal carboys. Currently just doing ale for now but I may try my hand at some lagers this winter. Also looking at starting up some all-grain activity later this year (08).

It would be the 23rd and 24th. The 24th is open to all over 21 years of age while the 23rd is a
smaller more private and more expensive thing.
