Can I add Irish moss to the secondary? I am thinking I will boil a tsp of moss in a cup of
water for ten mins, cool, and dump in secondary? Will this help me clear the beer I have in
    secondary?

I am new to brewing ( three gluten extract recipe kits under my belt) and my wife is gluten
free and I want to make some homebrew for her, she is sick of redbridge, new planet, and new
    grist. Based on...

The instructions suggest letting the pack sit for three hours after smacking, I assume if you
are smacking straight out the frig you are waiting longer than three hours to pitch?
