An immersion chiller with pump. Throw the pump in an ice chest with ice water and recirculate.
Works great, minimal water wasted. Use it later to water your garden.

Yep, I've used the water bath with frozen water bottles when its too warm and an aquarium

Transfered a Fortunate Island clone to secondary. Actually put 1 gallon in a keg with dry hop
and kumquats and the other 4 gallons to a bucket with dry hops. Looking forward to the final
