Okay so just stir at the beginning and I am good. Thanks for the advice guys. As for what I am
using it is a keggle with a BIAB bag so not really a mash tun.

Monstar that goes against everything I have read and heard. I have always seen that you are
supposed to stir the mash in order to break up dough balls.
