  • After a great month spent with my SWMBO touring Europe and drinking the bests beers in the world, we came back to the usual commercial crap... the idea slowly "brewed" that if we couldn't buy good beer, we'd make it... A few years later we caught a local TV program about homebrewing, two days later we say the "Amber Waves" episode of good eats and that same weekend, we had our first brewing kit!
