I've got one Corny at the moment that I purchased from Kegconnection a few years ago. I'm
looking to get a couple more but the shipping from USA is crazy, around $50. I can't understand
    why Cornys are...

After primary fermentation and a few more weeks I would cold crash (drop the temp to just above

There are some proteins that will precipitate only when the beer is chilled. This will cause
your beer to look cloudy when it's cold. The solution is to get a really good and fast cold
    break. How do y...

the book I have for homebrewing says that this is a huge no no and its the greatest source and
cause of contamination. I hope that this is not the case It would really suck if you lost this

my buddy was helping me carry the bucket of wort and then he started talking and I could feel
his saliva hitting my forearm which means that some of it got in bucket. Is this bad? (serious
    question)

I have a bottle of Iodophor I bought at my LHBS a couple years ago. Its no name brand. Is it
still good or should I throw it out? Could the active ingredients have evaporated?
