Hi Chickypad, thanks for your feedback. I was thinking about using Maris Otter or Pale Ale malt
but didn't have to time to grab it. My friends can't seem to handle anything with an IBU above

What temps are you fermenting at to get the clarity? I also assume everyone is racking to
