    It has been my experience that fermentation temperatures that high in the period you describe
    will cause some esters from the yeast that may not be desirable. No sense worrying, (The mantra
    here).

    My SMaSH is 10# 2-Row, 1/2 oz Citra 60 minutes and 1/2 oz at 5 minutes. Once it has conditioned

    I have done a few Citra SMaSH (Blonde) and each one came out pretty awesome but I do not go
