  • A coworker of mine has been home brewing for many years and I asked him to make some beer for my wedding. He did and I helped him on brew day and have been hooked ever since. I brewed my first batch in March 2013 and it was an amber ale from a extract kit. Next up is Pale Ale extract kit. After a few successful extract brews I would like to move to whole grain.
  • One brew I am super interested in brewing is something similar to Triple Carmelite.
