I hated trying to cool my extract batches in an ice bath. I recently purchased the Stainless

Brewing right now actually. Sitting and watching my smashing pumpkin ale finish its 60 min
boil. Added baked/smashed pumpkin to my extract mash. Can't wait.

That is not too difficult of a plumbing job. Nice brew shed though.I wouldn't know where to

Yeah another ale pail is probably in my future. Going to build a stir plate so I can have some
