From what I've read most ales condition best around 70F. Well, doing brewing up here in
Massachusetts during the winter my house never reaches 70F for any extended period of time.

I will be bottling the cider and I plan on using White Labs English Cider Yeast. It says that
it will make a dry cider but keeps some apple flavor.
