No, it doesn't.Think of it this way. The amount absorbed into the beer is a function of a)
surface area and b) pressure. Whether there is 1 gallon or 5 gallons in the keg, the surface
area is the same...

StarSan is a no-rinse sanitizer. You'll want to at least let the foam drip out, but if it's
just wet with sanitizer, you're fine.

The more, the better.On just 120V, you don't have much of an option. 1500 W is pretty much
going to be the biggest you can go.If you have access to a 220W outlet, go with 30A, or 5500W.

If it were me, I'd stick to the basics: WLP001, Wyeast 1056, or US05. All 3 work fantastic.And
