    I got the Blichmann since I wanted to bottle out of the keg and not have any on tap.I've had a
    ton of foam when I've used the Beer Gun, however, I also had a ton of foam with a counter

    I would not mind reduced shelf life (is 2-3 months possible?) if I could forego using Sodium
