Ok, thanks for the advice. I've brewed a lot of batches and this is the first time I ever
smelled this odor. It's still doing its thing so hopefully it will fade.

I hope this batch is gonna be ok. I came in the house from work and the rotten egg smell is
everywhere. It's still fermenting and the airlock is bubbling away on Day 3. At what point do
    you know a bee...

Thanks! One more question...I have whole cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and allspice with the kit. It
says when to add but not when to remove it. Does it come out when the wort is chilled? Or stay
    in throug...

Have a pumpkin ale recipe that calls for 5 lbs of fresh pumpkin. It's still August and I can't
find a pumpkin. Can I use canned?

I'm happy to report that after only a few days, the brew actually has a little bit of head. A
huge improvement from the weekend. I swirled the bottles and put them on top of the fridge. I'm
    enjoying o...

Again, thanks! I appreciate all the posts. I will definitely wait. I tried 2 beers from this
batch and both were flat. But I will wait it out and report back. Didn't mean to offend anyone
    by thinking ...
